Change after reorganization
Generally, shareholders holding Class A or Class C shares of a Mason Street Fund willreceiveClass A shares of thecorresponding American Century Fund, and shareholders holding Class B shares will receive Class B shares of the corresponding American Century Fund. If you own Class A shares or Class C shares, American Century will waive allfront-endsales charges (loads) in connection with the issuance of its funds' Class A shares in the transaction. If you own Class B shares,American Century will honor the holding period for your shares for purposes ofcalculatingthe date they convert to Class A shares and for assessing anycontingent deferred sales charges if you redeem before such conversion.

MASTER/FEEDER OPTION
The Funds may in the future operate under a master/feeder structure. This means that each Fund would be a 'feeder'' fund that attempts to meet its objective by investing all or a portion of its investable
assets in a 'master'' fund with the same investment objective. The 'master'' fund would purchase instruments for investment. It is expected that any such investment company would be managed by Rafferty in substantially the same manner as each Fund. If permitted by law at that time, the Board of Trustees may approve the implementation of such a structure for a Fund without seeking shareholder approval..

Advisor
Under an Investment Advisory Agreement between the Trust, on behalf of the Funds, and Rafferty ('Advisory Agreement''), Rafferty provides a continuous investment program for the Funds' assets in accordance with their investment objectives, policies and limitations, and oversees the day-to-day operations, subject to the supervision of the Trustees. Rafferty bears all costs associated with providing these advisory services. The Trust bears all other expenses that are not assumed by Rafferty as described in the Prospectus. The Trust also is liable for nonrecurring expenses as may arise, including litigation to which the Funds may be a party. The Trust also may have an obligation to indemnify
its Trustees and officers with respect to any such litigation. Pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, the Funds pay Rafferty at an annual rate of 0.75% based on their average daily net assets.
