从这张USD/CAD日图中可以看出，DIF线于9月12日在零轴上形成死叉，然后下穿零轴，然后于10月2日在零轴附近或零轴以上形成金叉DEA线。该形态形成是价格在探底回升途中作盘整，也有的是筑底形态，呈上攻之势的漫步青云形态，因此，10月2日的收盘价1.0787是一个积极入场的好机会。

外汇强弱指数的计算公式是以当日的收盘价为基础，用来判断货币的强弱程度及趋势。所以18日只能计算17日的收盘价。
