The rally of US Dollar started from 71.18 will end soon, likely stopped within 88.50/90.00 zone.

Short term, correction from 11/13/08 high 88.14 will extend to below 85.13, about 84.40/80 territory, while current upside moving from last Friday low 86.11 could be limited about 87.60/70.


Short term,
1) sell US Dollar at 87.60/70 with stop at 88.15, target 84.50 -- 85.13;
2) buy US Dollar at 84.50 -- 85.13 with stop at 83.85, target 88.50 -- 90.00 zone.

Mid term,
sell US Dollar at 88.50 -- 90.00 with stop loss above 92.65, target 76.00 -- 80.00 territory first, then 70 -- 72; below.

No, in direction of price reaction .

however,

negative reversal    --- corresponding to "weak market"
bearish divergency ---  corresponding to "strong market"
