Not yet, watch to test 2002 low 7200 level first.

If 6800/7200 could hold current downside moving, near term DJI is likely to trade between 6500/7000 ---- 9500/9800 for a while.

Roughly, bottorm territory covers about 40% of long term downside moving range.
i.e.
if DJI drops 7500 dips, bottorm scale could be about 3000 dips;
if USD drops 50 (120 --- > 70), bottorm could be formed between 70 -- 90.
