EUR/USD is finding buyers on dips to the 1.2670 level, but dealers note steady,
if unspectacular selling by US real-money accounts for the second day running.
Snow"s comments to the Chamber of Commerce are expected shortly. A mere
reiteration of the strong dollar policy with no "modifiers" about markets
overshooting or something to that effect, should see the EUR resume its rally.
