REPEATSECON APPEARS IN `MORE VIGOROUS` EXPANSION

[Greenspan text:] nothing new. He repeats the US econ appears in
"more vigorous" expansion recent stats suggest `04 is off to a strong
start and prospects for sustaining the expansion are good. Impetus from
fiscal policy is likely to continue thru `04 and efficiencies and slack
should keep a lid on inflation. He issues a warning about the budget
saying baby boomer retirements will worsen the fiscal picture.
